It has a slightly acidic taste, but it is sharp and goes away quickly.
I have not had many opportunities to taste sake from Tokyo, so I was deeply moved to think that this sake was made in Minato Ward...
A series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.
I'm sorry for the delay in following up with everyone.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you all, but when I skip a post, it piles up quickly.
I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
I was drinking this one too.
I mean, I drank it first at the after-party.
But I didn't write it down, so I don't remember much about it💦.
Based on my past experience (which is also doubtful), I'd say it was a nice, crisp sake...
Hi Haruei Chichi 😊.
You seem to be busy, but please take care of yourself! But I'm relieved to see you're drinking so well 😄.
I'd like to try the Edo Kaijo, but I haven't seen it in Fukuoka yet 😭.
Hello, tsutsumitate-san 😃.
I'm very sorry for the super late response: 🙇♀️
I've been drinking.
I try not to drink too much 💦.
I hope you'll be able to make it to Fukuoka too ❗️
My friend had prepared for me a Tokyo sake, Edo Kaijouzamine.
I wanted to try it!
Brewed in Minato Ward and made from Tokyo water.
It had a good bitterness and was dry, but also fruity and enjoyable!
It is the only brewery in the 23 wards of Tokyo, and I thought the only sake from Tokyo was from Okutama in the west, but I would like to support this new challenge. As I proceeded to drink it, I felt a good sense of hardness in the mouth. I felt that this was Tokyo water. Sake I have been drinking takes off its hardness as it approaches room temperature, so I did not have a bad impression of this either, and it was a new discovery. This is also individuality. Thank you very much for the sake.

I was allowed to drink a little of what my parents gave me 😊.
Edo Kaijo by Tokyo Port Brewery
I've had it before but never had a draft sake.
It's delicious, with a refreshing sweetness, but also a nice assertion of the elegant rice flavor.
It was the type of sake that I would recommend to people who don't drink much sake because of its gentle taste!
Thank you for the sake!
15 degrees
60%
Overall, it is clean and easy to drink.
It has a unique aftertaste not found in other sake.
May be recommended for those who do not like the "sake smell" of sake.
