One of the bottles of sake I purchased just the other day when I visited my brother-in-law and his wife in Tokyo for the first time in a year.
I guess the city is different. The selection is unbelievable 😕
I chose a few bottles of the best that I couldn't buy in my hometown and got them 😆.
First of all, I got some Edo-kaijo-kakei.
Aromatic aroma, sweetness that is typical of Aizan, and a good balance of acidity 🤔.
More fruity 🍶.
It's delicious! The small 290ml bottle was not enough for me, I would have been happy with a regular 720ml bottle 😲.
I finished it in a blink of an eye 😅 too good 👍

I was curious about All Tokyo and bought a small 290ml ✨.
It's the type of sake that I like for its acidity 😊It's a delicious sake that has a momentary numbness in the mouth and then a strong acidity with a bitter taste towards the end 🍶.
The sweetness is not too much and it is very refreshing 😊.
It is also nice that it is all Tokyo👍
Lightly sweet
The base is light and slightly carbonated with a fruity, lychee-like character.
Lightly sweet, with little astringent acidity
It has a relatively light mouthfeel and is easy to drink with a clear sweetness and umami.
It also has a very fruity aroma.
Edo Kaijo Junmai Ginjyo Genjyo All TOKYO
60% 15%, 720ml, 2420 yen
This may have lost its buzz by now, but here's something a little pricier.
It has a gentle peachy, fruity taste, and is light for a sake, so you can enjoy it right down your throat.
Tokyo rice, Tokyo water. The yeast was collected from bumblebees in Hibiya Park.
The sake is made using a process called "kamishoto rapid brewing," and is a very impressive example of "technology packed into a sake.

The second drink at the birthday party was a first for me.
You don't see Tokyo sake here.
Yamori used to drink a lot.
I think the acidity was quite strong.
I think I have tasted it somewhere before...
