It has a gentle peachy, fruity taste, and is light for a sake, so you can enjoy it right down your throat.
Tokyo rice, Tokyo water. The yeast was collected from bumblebees in Hibiya Park.
The sake is made using a process called "kamishoto rapid brewing," and is a very impressive example of "technology packed into a sake.
