This is a comment from an amateur drinker. This is a rare sake produced in the 23 wards of Tokyo. It is a sake with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness. It is just the right amount of salt for drinking on a refreshing summer day. I am thankful that I can enjoy drinking this delicious sake again today.
It has a soft mouthfeel, but then it gets tangy and the aftertaste is moderately short.
I drank it 5 years ago in Otsuka and had no record of the taste, so it was a good decision to try it again.
This is the first time I have had sake from Tokyo. The acidity is clear and refreshing. Slightly strong cemedine taste. It was a beautiful tasting sake.
I got some whale sashimi today, which is a rare occurrence, so I'm going to try it with sake.
It has a gorgeous aroma. The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel the sweetness, but gradually you feel the spiciness and slight bitterness. At the end, there is a firm heaviness, and the whale meat is well received. It is a coincidental combination, but it went perfectly.
