More acidity than sweetness. After a day of drinking, the acidity level is reduced and it becomes easy to drink.
A holiday arrived in Ginza in search of Tokyo sake. I came across a tasting of Edo Kaijo.
Junmai Ginjyo Harushu Nama Nama sake.
The flamboyance is Yamadanishiki. But I am not sure what it really is.
I think I'll go out again to buy a four-pack next time.

The taste is refreshing.
Sourness comes in afterwards and fades away quickly.

This is a souvenir from my business trip to Tokyo last year😆.
I wanted to try it once 🥹.
I put it down for a year.
The taste is sour first 😲 and the sweetness is also suppressed so you can feel the sourness all the way to the eye. It's like a very sour version of Nabeshima Purple. It is also much spicier.
It's tasty😋 but a little more fruity would be nice.
The side dish is mackerel with sweetened mackerel 🐟.

The acidity and the schwarziness match well with the super dry taste ❗️ I think it's a pretty good sake 😋.
After work was over, I opened a bottle of sake that I had received.
It has no habits and is neither sweet nor spicy.
The mouthfeel is like water, and the aroma comes softly afterwards.
