profile iconCollage is the best 😆😆😆😆. It's really delicious 🤤! The aroma is rich and tangy on the tongue! The first is a slight sourness, but then a mild sweetness comes in. The end is crisp and dry. It's the best! I wonder if it's a pure sake, it has a strong flavor as it has 16% alcohol content. But the cup goes on and on 🍶. It is delicious 😋. Well, it was Mother's Day this weekend, so I went bowling with my mother-in-law 🎳. I wasn't sure if she would like to be physically active since she is old, but bowling is great🙆. They enjoyed it a lot! It was the first time for the kids, so they were muso gutter lanes ^_^. They were going left and right, but they were having fun in their own way... By the way, the latest bowling is amazing, with replay, events in the dark, and various battle modes! I think I will be going back soon!

profile iconSweet and fruity. Muscat-like maybe? A bit fizzy when opened. There's a bit of bitterness, but it's also grape-skin-like, like juice. The package is austere, but the contents are very modern. Delicious. (I'm not sure about the sake level, but I felt a strong sweetness even though I had been drinking Hana Oup just before...)

profile iconDetails, Please check the review by Director T.KISO🤣👍 Hirotogawa's raw sake is delicious! Especially on the second day 😋. It's been a while since I had miso ramen at work 🍜. I miss the Sumire I had in Susukino 🤤.

profile iconSweetness: 3 Umami: 3 Astringency: 2 Acidity: 3 Bitterness: 3 Fullness, body: 3 Flavor: Banana Slightly yellowish appearance, slight banana-like ginjo aroma. Soft sweetness and umami on the attack. Fruity with a hint of banana. Then the bitterness slowly catches up with it, and finally it finishes nicely without being too sweet 🤔. I had drunk it during my trip to Fukushima last year, but I was too hungover to enjoy the taste at that time, so I bought it as a revenge 🫣. I thought it would be mellow since it is a 4-stage brewing process, but it is a ginjo-shu with a firm and sharp taste 🍶. If I have a chance, I'd like to try Hanazumi too 😆.

profile iconKasumi Romain Junmai Ginjo Mild Nigori Nama Nama-shu. Ah, it is mellow and delicious. The taste and aroma are very mild, and Loman is a good sake.

profile iconEasy to drink, but the drink goes down your throat and the sweetness of the rice lingers in the aftertaste.

profile iconToday we went to Sakelaba, an all-you-can-drink sake bar located at the west exit of Kanda Station. It has been a long time since I have been here. Tenmei Orikarami Junmai Namaishu Nakadori No. 2. It is a slightly cloudy Tenmei Namaishu Junmai. It has a gorgeous aroma and a deep flavor. It is a taste that you can drink slowly.

profile iconThis Tenmei is also very tasty. It is easy to drink. I think it goes with everything.

profile iconMiyazumi Meizou brewery is a sake brewery that I wanted to visit during my trip to Fukushima. I was happy to be able to sample and choose from a variety of sake at the direct sales counter. I bought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo. It was very fragrant, sweet and tasty, but refreshing, and I couldn't help but drink too much of it!

profile iconThis is a product of the Niida family, which aspires to brew sake in Fukushima using 100% natural rice. It comes in a single cup that looks like a milk bottle. We had it with dumplings as an entrée. It does not have a sharp taste, but it is well-balanced and somewhat comforting.

profile iconThe fourth bottle brought in is Aizu Chusho. This one is also from the inventory of a junior colleague I mentioned earlier. It has the unique flavor and richness of light nigori. It has a moist finish, which gives it a gentle feeling. It is a distinctly different sake from the others we have brought in. I like this kind of sake! This kind of sake is also good! At the banquets I organize at work, I give an allowance to those who bring in their own sake. A bottle I want other colleagues to try. A bottle I want to drink with them. I want to cherish that thought and the spirit of self and others co-prosperity. Thank you for your hospitality!

profile iconGW Sake Activity Day Part 2 [We enjoyed a variety of excellent sake at Sake-Drunk Daigo 😁. I had been wondering about the name of the sake for a long time, but the brand name caught my eye and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try it. Aizu Nakasyo Nama Junmai Harazake. It has a clear rice aroma with a hint of lactic acidity, a slightly lean umami taste with a hint of sweetness, and a sharp and refreshing aftertaste. I have always wondered about the origin of the name, but it is said to refer to Lord Matsudaira Yoho, the lieutenant general of the Aizu domain in the Edo period, and locally, Lord Matsudaira Harutake was the Echizen lieutenant general 🤔.

profile iconI drank a lot of different kinds of sake that day. I used to drink only cold sake, but when I had this one, I had it heated. It went very well with oden with soup stock. I heard it was once chosen as "the best heated sake in Japan" in a magazine feature. At Fujiki Shoten in Ikebukuro.
