Lovely Apple, Pear, Yoghurt like smell and taste. But i think the best part of this sake is the texture. Round and Smooth. Very comfortable mouthfeel. Low level of Bitterness at the finish. I guess i can finish this bottle quickly.

Clear Water White Colourless. Nutty Smell. The Taste is also nutty, but i can also get some burdock, black tea like taste. Dry Finish. Feels very Clean. Should be good for food pairing.

Smells like Apple and Melon. The taste is also fruity but not as strong as expected. Got a little bit of nuttiness and steamed rice taste as well. Low level of Bitterness and Astringency at the back. Very round mouthfeel. Quite Good.

Very strong nutty (almond) and nama smell. Which is a bit too strong for me. But the taste is still acceptable for me. Mainly rice grain and nutty flavor. Dry finish. Should be good to pair with some oily food.

Smells like mascat flavoured cream. The taste is mainly like tangerine peel, with some mascat and hazelnut. Nice level of acidity. Actually, it is really white-wine like. Wine lover should like this one. And it is really easy drinking. My kind of sake.
