Lightly Hazy. Floral, Apple, Pear like smell and taste. The taste is definitely different to the standard version of Dassai 23. (Less sweet.) Very Easy Drinking. But it is really pricey, HK$950….next time if no one share with me, I won’t buy it😂

Strong Pineapple Smell. The taste is fruity but not overly sweet. The texture is not sticky. So this makes it easy to drink. The bottle design is also very beautiful. Love this.

First time for me to try the warmed Daiginjo! And this bottle of Dassai 45 is specially designed for Warmed. Very interesting is, after warmed to nearly 50 degrees, but i can still get a little bit fruity taste and it seems lightly carbonated. But the main taste are still rice and nutty. Not bad.
