Last of the ANA Lounge sake. This is nihonshu; producer says good with eel & Yakitori, neither of which on offer here. Really in between the three sake’s available. 100% Miyagi rice.

At ANA Lounge in Haneda, before NH112 to the Windy City. Very fresh, with fruit like but not fruity flavors. Don’t often have Gifu brews and certainly not before 10 am, but this is nice.

Label says bottled in Sept 2020 and shipped in May 2025. High alcohol content (19%) not noticeable. Very drinkable.
