A little alcoholic in the beginning but wore off and became balanced Junmai. A seasonal selection.

This was brewed or released in March of this year, in support of kura in Ishikawa after the January earthquake. I pray they recover, and that so does the land of my birth (notwithstanding the return of Trump). As for the nihonshu yeah it’s pretty good. 👍

In searching for this I see I had this last year, same place. No longer can say, “I’m getting old.” Instead have to say simply, “I am old.” Freshly opened bottle and it was fantastic. But don’t trust an old man.
