Very traditional, a little rough around the edges. 18% alcohol. Expect no less from Ibaraki. Good by itself at the end of the meal. From internet search a seasonal product, hiyaroshi.

So this is ¥200 more than the regular Tokubetsu Honjozo. Presumably for the “Dodger” blue bottle & the English front labeling. Purchased despite my hatred of the Dodgers; once they left Brooklyn, land of my ancestors, it’s “Let’s Go Mets!” Nice basic sake though. (But fuck the Dodgers.)
