Nose is reminiscent of wine. Again different from others tonight given water and geography. Need to have more Saga brews to have a better opinion. But promising.

Quite different than the prior hiyaroshi. A little more depth , less sweetness. More classic in approach.

Been a while since at a sushiya. Had some of my wife’s atsukan. Perfect for what it is.

Interesting in a positive way. Will look for this again. Dry but flavorful enough for maki rolls at the end. A strong lineup at this new branch of 意気な寿し処阿部 in Kami-Osaki.

Although “Super Dry” not so much to my palate. A little more nuanced but still not much depth. All around quite good though.

First time at new Abe sushiya in Kami-Osaki (not really Meguro). Happy to see Morishima on the list. Always good!
