Now THIS is a superb 純米大吟醸! Fruity on the nose, almost reminds me of a subtle German Norse wine. The taste is vibrant, but not stark. The 45% 精米歩合 is perfect. Rapturous. 恍惚だ！🍶

This sake has become my all-time FAVORITE! 大好き It’s light and airy as a 大吟醸 but with a depth of character on the finish. This is exactly what amazing sake should taste like. I’ve paired it with 佃煮 as well as 刺身 and also with a wonderful 大根サラダ. I feel this sake is so versatile that it can match many foods.

Definitely one of my FAVORITES! 大好き！やっぱり夜の最後のお酒ですぅぅ🍶 The name 梵 reminds me of 梵字, so important in 日本仏教の密教 私は、比叡山でいったところ、このお酒があったらもうしかして座禅は出来たかな。。。 日本酒度+4
