It’s light and airy as a 大吟醸 but with a depth of character on the finish. This is exactly what amazing sake should taste like.
I’ve paired it with 佃煮 as well as 刺身 and also with a wonderful 大根サラダ. I feel this sake is so versatile that it can match many foods.
