I'm really scared to open a bottle of Kouei Kiku 🚀 so be careful, but it feels like I'm about to blow a schwizzle! This this this! This is the feeling I was looking for!

The aroma is just like this 😌.
The first sip is just what I was looking for 😙It's slightly sweet, but the bitter acidity that follows makes it easy to drink 😋 It was perfect for summer at 13°C 😚.
By the way, on the way back from Yajima TDL
It was a hot day 🥵 so when we stopped for lunch, I was carrying a cooler box and everyone was laughing at me😅.
After that, when we were going home together, I got very sleepy 🥱 on the highway and we took a break at Hasuda SA! While looking at the store, we found a lemon shake and we both enjoyed it.
It's been a while since I've had a delicious shake 😄When we got back to the car, I left the kids (who were drinking alcohol) behind 😰.
I left my kids in the car and returned to the car to remind myself that I left my kids (alcohol) behind 🌂.

This is a bottle I bought at Yajima TDL in Chiba, which I visited a while ago!
I was looking through the fridge and this bottle caught my eye 🤩 and the label on the back says "deliciously spicy" 😋 and it's cheap despite its appearance 😁.
I picked it up without hesitation ‼️

I was looking at the picture of drinking outside of Omiya and I thought "Hey, you're drinking Taki Pride 😳"! I realized that I was drinking Taki Pride 😳😆.
I can't even talk about my dad 😓, and as a result, this will be my second Takihitama this week 🤭.

The aroma is slightly fruity 😌.
The first sip is a deliciously fruity and acidic flavor, which is followed by a crisp, dry finish 😙.
This day we had delicious sashimi from Asanoya, so the spicy flavor was perfect for us 😚 It's a perfect food sake and as the name suggests, it makes me feel proud of Japan 🫡.
The three bottles I got at Yajima TDL were carefully brought back to Utsunomiya in a cooler box!

We had a bottle of Banshu Issen Junmai Ginjo Aizan from Sanyo Bai Shuzo, one of our favorite sake breweries. It was my first time to taste a sake brewed with Banshu Issen's Aiyama rice.
The aroma on the nose is mild, but in the mouth it has a fruity sweetness like green apples and a sourness that spreads across the palate. Perhaps it is because the rice is made from "shin-gin" polished rice, but it has a nice, clear and smooth texture.

I met this bottle at a liquor store where I sometimes drop by.
I was excited even before opening the bottle, because it was a "surefire Kangiku" and distributed only in Chiba. The concept of using local rice and water to make sake that Matsuo and Chiba can be proud of is wonderful.
The sake was right in the middle of my favorite.
The aroma is gently fruity like a pear.
The mouthfeel is sharp and smooth, with a moderate sweetness and a pleasant gasiness.
The medium-bodied palate has a well-balanced harmony of acidity, bitterness, and spiciness.
The aftertaste is refreshing, with a dry bitterness that quickly breaks off.
The price is also very reasonable at around 1,500 yen for a four-pack bottle. The only drawback is that it is rare and hard to find.
The best accompaniment is sashimi and sushi purchased at the supermarket, and it goes great with them.
My favorite score: 9.5/10

This is the first Shizuoka sake, one of two bottles I recently purchased.
When the bottle was opened, the aroma was not strong. When I took a sip, I found it to be drier than I expected. It is refreshing, so it is good for those who do not like sweet sake.

On the way to work, I stopped by Yajima Sake Shop to buy a bottle of Sengoku Kuwagata, but there was a mysterious blank space in the Sengoku section 😓 There were only a few bottles of Kangiku left, but I was able to buy this one and was happy.
It is said to be Sake Mirai's Kangiku, but to be honest, I couldn't tell the difference 😅 Still, it is Kangiku, so of course I enjoyed it. I guess it depends on my mood from next year onwards...
Even if I could have bought it, I might have been glad not to buy it, considering that I had to carry it to work for almost an hour without cooling it down. I'll cry if it explodes on the way 😱.

A visit to a liquor store after a long absence. I chose a selection of sake mainly from prefectures that I have not drank before. This was my first Ishikawa sake.
The aroma was subtle, and when you put it in your mouth, you could feel it on the tip of your tongue. The soft sweetness and mild acidity, combined with the low alcohol content, made it very easy and gentle to drink.

I bought this sake at the same time when I went to buy a certain sake. I am ignorant to the extent that when I looked at the lid, it said "Tedorigawa" and I wondered if it was from there, but I often saw it at Sake-no-wa, so the taste was guaranteed 💪.
I haven't had Tedorigawa since I drank Sakatama a long time ago, but I remember that it had a much more relaxed taste, while this one is more modern and to my liking. The label on the back says it is slightly sparkling, but I didn't really feel it 🤔.

This is my first time to try Toyo Bijin. I saw this one at Sake-no-Wa as well as Twilight Orange and thought I'd like to try it someday, so I found it at Yajima Sake Shop and popped it in with the others 😁.
