Today, as usual, I'm at FUKUNOTORI Iidabashi. I can't stand it if I don't come here at least once a month.
Today's service sake is Yoshinogawa Barrel Sake. Basically, it is served at room temperature, but today it comes chilled.
When served cold, the initial aroma is mild and sweet, but the cedar aroma that comes up after swallowing is amazing. The aroma of cedar is amazing after swallowing.
