It is nigori, but spicy and umami. エムコミヤSeijitsu - Special Yell - Unfiltered unpasteurized sake. Sweet, umami, sharp acidity. エムコミヤSpring Shibori Orikigarami Junmai. It is dry nigori and quite refreshing. エムコミヤIt is a good sake with a clean, fresh yeast flavor typical of new sake. YuichiroAdult lemon squash. Sweet and tasty acidity pushes in.
