My first autumn as a sake brewer. My first hiyaoroshi.
Omine has Omachi and Yamadanishiki hiyaoroshi. This is Yamadanishiki.
It has an apple-like aroma and mild flavor.
Next year, I want to enjoy it at room temperature.
