Junmai Ginjo-shu, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Slightly aromatic, slightly dry. It is a sharp sake. I thought I might have already encountered this sake... but it was not an unfiltered raw sake, and the sake rice was not listed on the label, so it was slightly different, so I checked it in as a first encounter sake. To compare the sake, I opened four different types: Dewanosetsu [no thanks], AKABU [junmai ginjo], Dewazakura [ginjo Sakurabana], and Mizubasho [summer sake junmai ginjo origaraumi]. Dewanosetsu [Fusho] and AKABU [Junmai Ginjo] are new check-ins, while Dewazakura [Ginjo Sakurabana] and Mizubasho [Summer Sake Junmai Ginjo Origaraumi] have been updated with information on the day they were drunk.
