I had really high expectations for this sake because the Tokachi Junmai I had in the fall was really good, but it wasn't what I expected 😅 Maybe I drank it in the wrong order, or maybe it was the condition of my tongue.
It is a beautiful sake with a calm aroma and taste.

もよもよ
This sake is made by Abe Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer in Abe. This one was as sweet as the label said it would be. I bought it, knowing that Abe Shuzo would be the right choice.
When I drank it, I found it to be so fruity and sweet that I thought, "Is this sake? It tasted so fruity and sweet that I wondered if it was sake. However, the aftertaste is relatively light, and it is somewhat similar to the sweetness of kyoho grapes or persimmons. The acidity is not that strong.
It is especially recommended for sake beginners. If you want to pair it with other fruits in the same lineage, it would be good with fruits such as peaches and persimmons, which do not have acidity. If you are looking for something salty, cheese and crackers would go well with it.

もよもよ
気になっていた銘柄である紫宙です。紫波酒造は蔵人四人の小さな酒造だそうで、小野裕美さんという杜氏が仕込んだお酒です。最近は様々な賞ももらっていて最近は注目の銘柄だとかなんとか。ラベルがまずお洒落。
飲んだ感じ、香りはそこまで強くなく、フルーティーさはそんなにないと感じました。味としては米の甘さが際立つ、穀物味がメインの味わいで、初心者は苦手な人もいるかも。ただ、雑味が少ないというか甘さがあるというか、飲みにくいお酒ではないです。
寿司と合わせると結構良いマッチングです。ややクラッシックなテイストながら飲みやすさもあり、完成度は高いと思います。

Apple type aroma. Apple-based sweet delicious fruity. The first sip was sweet, but from the second sip it became refreshingly sweet. I think. It has a long aftertaste with a little acidity and bitterness. It is delicious.
