Nijiiro Bakuren super-harsh daiginjo. As expected from a bakuren, it is sharp to the point of intensity. It literally goes straight to the point. As the word "super-harakuchi" suggests, it is light and dry with a hint of bitterness. Glass sake cups go well with it.

Since it is the hiyaoroshi season, the sake menu is also designed for fall. I had a glass of A-Sakura Junmai Nama-nama Sake "Ringo-chan". The appetizer was simmered bamboo shoots.
It has a fruity acidity. It's very nice. It is very drinkable.
