It is fresh, gorgeous, refreshing and easy to drink without any peculiarities. It has more alcohol than Shiboritate. It's very difficult to know how to describe it, but in a word, it's delicious. It is a sweet sake, but its sweetness is very elegant. It has a good sweetness and sourness, with a slight bitterness afterwards. The best feature of this sake is that it is well balanced and not too assertive. It is like Hanaup.
After more than a week of drinking, the acidity disappears and it becomes a sweet sake with a pronounced sweetness. The image is like Igarashi's Naokumi or Ding. It goes well with chilled tomatoes and mayonnaise. flos_lingua_est
I opened this one to make it snow myself because it seems that it won't snow in Kanto this year.
This is it! It reminded me of a few years ago when I first fell in love with Senkou. The ease of drinking and the drinkability remind me of both the sharp Senkou of 2015-2016 and the more refined Senkou of today.
I drink this every year, and this year's Snowball is the best I've had in years! Honestly, there's a lot of individual variability and last year I felt it was too sweet or too dry, but what I had this year was a great balance, not too sweet and not too dry.
I wonder if this is isoamylic acid? It is characterized by an elegant melon-like, banana-like, pear-like fruity taste and just the right amount of sweetness and flavor, but the sweetness is actually not that much, and it quickly turns dry in the middle, making it an excellent product that will impress both amateurs and experts (I think lol).
Towards the end, when I mixed the tailings thoroughly, the taste of the rice was quite strong, and it also added a taste like sweet sake with strong alcohol. Mmmm, also delicious! LifLinSlightly fizzy.
It's sweet but crisp.
It also has umami.
Sake rice "Sakemusashi" of Saitama is used.
Preferred degree ★★☆☆☆☆ LifLinI bought it after asking the shop owner for a sweet recommendation.
I haven't had Oze no Yukidoke since Roseno Yukidoke at the end of last year.
Looking forward to drink it! LifLinIn a word, sweet lol.
Some people may find it too sweet, but I like the sweetness. The sweetness of the rice.
I enjoyed it.

I was convinced that this would sell out quickly. First of all, it has no peculiarity and is easy to drink. It has a fresh, moderately gorgeous and refreshing acidity, and the umami and bitterness are not too overpowering, but very "moderate". It's a well-balanced sake that I'm looking forward to buying again next year. LifLinCrisp and dry.
