*Review of last year's warehouse still going on for a few more months. I have only had the Monochrome and the Denshogiku Orikarami, but when this one was released, I really wanted to try it and looked for it, but to my surprise, it was sold out & sold out. I went to 3 different stores to find it. I guess everyone wants to try it! When the bottle is opened, bubbles gradually rise to the surface while increasing from the bottom of the bottle. As the bubbles rise to the surface, they are accompanied by a cloudiness that eventually returns to the bottom of the bottle, just like a scene of falling snow. How beautiful! The palate has a refreshing and energetic feel, with a little bit of acidity, sweetness, and umami. Sourness, sweetness, and umami come forward a little strongly. On the second day, the sweetness is a little less, which I personally prefer. I personally like it. It is not a sharp sake with a strong sweetness, but it has no miscellaneous tastes, so it is what is called an "honorable" sake, clean and refreshing, giving a somewhat contradictory impression. It is a very easy-drinking nigori sake that even sake beginners can appreciate. Isn't it a very good entry point?
