It's sour and tangy and refreshingly crisp in the mouth 😁 followed by a strong sweetness 😋.
Tastes like a slightly carbonated fresh squeezed lemon high, like a Ramune 😋.
I paired it with wagyu beef and it was a perfect match 🥰. インチキンAs the waiter said, "Be careful not to spill it," it was the first time in a long time that it had fizzled.
The taste and lingering aftertaste were similar to Sengoku's Snowball, but with a bit more bitterness than Snowball.
I enjoyed it more on its own than with anything else. インチキンIt has been a while since I have had a high-alcohol, 19° draft sake. The ginjo aroma was weak, but the flavor was strong and we enjoyed it as it was.
When the sake returned to room temperature, the corners were removed and the taste became deeper, like a dark white wine, and it was delicious. Gangi槽出あらばしり純米大吟醸原酒生酒荒走り無濾過槽しぼり インチキンIt has a pear-like aroma and a relatively dark, ganki-esque flavor. The lingering aftertaste is arabashiri, which means it disappears quickly and easily.
The acidity is relatively strong. It was very tasty when paired with chicken skin ponzu. インチキンThe moment I opened the bottle, it smelled like peaches.
This year's Ushinigori was juicy and had a richer flavor, which I enjoyed with the mille-feuille hot pot.
This year's Usu-Nigori was juicier and darker than last year's, so I think I like this year's better. インチキンI've often had Naraman's Oriharami, so this time
This time, I had the Nakadarare.
The aroma was typical of Naraman, and the taste was a bit refreshing, so it went well with protein sashimi.
インチキンI had it with Naraman Origarami, which goes well with any kind of dish, since I had duck hot pot.
It had a slight tingling sensation and a fruity aftertaste that disappeared quickly with a moderate acidity, so it went well with the hot pot and was very tasty. インチキンThis year I was able to drink the Arabashiri again.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was like a golden rhinoceros and the taste was rich, but if I chilled it too much, it didn't have much of an aftertaste, but if I went back to room temperature, the aftertaste became stronger and more delicious. インチキンI bought it as an Arabashiri, and it had a beautiful mouthfeel like a Matsunoshi, with a pear-like aroma that made it easy to drink.
It has a pear-like aroma and is easy to drink. The flavor is not overpowering, so it goes well with lightly flavored snacks.

This time, I bought this sake as a gift, but I drank it by myself.

It has a sour taste like white wine and a little less sweet taste than Lapis Lazuli or Ecru. Gikyo五百万石 純米原酒 滓がらみ純米原酒生酒おりがらみ インチキンMy refrigerator broke down suddenly, so I opened a bottle.
When I had it the year before last, I thought it was a robust sake, but I may have misremembered, but it was very modern, with a peach-like aroma and a slightly soft flavor.
We had it with hot pot, but it seemed to be okay with just sake. Tenbi新酒 純米吟醸 にごり生純米吟醸生酒にごり酒発泡 インチキンI couldn't get Senkou's Snowball because of bad timing, but I could get this one.
Compared to the Snowman, this one is a little sweeter, and the bitter aftertaste at the end is very delicious.
インチキンIt has a slightly subdued ginjo aroma with a tingling and gassy feeling.
It has a clear taste and is compared to Hiyaoroshi, but it has a solid Uguisu color and is very delicious.
It was a cup that made me think that it is time for new sake. インチキンAt first, it had a fruity aroma and the robust taste of hiyaoroshi with a clean aftertaste, but when it returned to room temperature, it became sweeter and more fragrant, making it a stable sake like Naraman.
We paired it with chicken tataki and horse sashimi and it was very tasty.

I've been wanting to try this for a long time, and since it came out later than the Hiyaoroshi, I thought it would be thicker, but it started out with a nice summer taste, and the aftertaste was like the Hiyaoroshi, so I got the best of both worlds and really enjoyed it. ひっさんCongratulations on your 100th check-in, Inchkin 🎊!

Yes, I live in Kitakyushu, so I basically visit liquor stores in Kitakyushu. Senkin純米大吟醸 朝日 秋あがり 2021純米大吟醸ひやおろし インチキンWhen I had Asahi Junmai Daiginjo last year, I thought it had an unexpectedly classic taste, but this year's Akiagari has a modern taste and a fruity aroma, and I really enjoyed it. インチキンEven though it was laid down for a summer, it has this fruity flavor and aroma.
It has a balance of sweetness 6 and sourness 4, and as expected of Yokoyama, it has a deep taste and a lingering aftertaste. インチキンThis year's sake was more fruity than I expected, and had less of the aged, dense flavor of Hiyaoroshi than last year, so it was more of a sake to be enjoyed on its own than a sake to be enjoyed with food.
インチキンThe hot days of summer are still continuing, but Hiyaoroshi has already been released.
It's the ultimate shokunoshu, and while it has the graininess that Hiyaoroshi is known for, it goes well with meals, and was very tasty with the horse sashimi.
