shinsaku3Overall 9 (out of 10)
I have enjoyed both No. 33 and No. 44 of Kudokigake in the past 😋, so I bought this No. 29 without hesitation when it caught my eye at the liquor store 😅.
According to the description
I want you to feel the subtle umami (pole).
It is delicious 😋.
I think I know what you mean by "delicate umami".
It is not a rice flavor with no depth and no impurities as a result of 71% reduction, but a clear main flavor as a result of a large amount of reduction, while at the same time, it has a three-dimensional feeling with a sense of the original miscellaneous taste of rice in the back.
I can't express it well, but this is my impression 👍.
I served it chilled.
The image of the aroma that I felt...
-Aroma: A full, rich ginjo aroma 👍
-The aroma is a little pungent.

(5 is the maximum) ジェイ&ノビィHi shinsaku3 😃
Kudokibe! The first one we had was too sweet 😕and we haven't had it since 😅This one looks delicious with a much more polished ✨look on the label 😊. shinsaku3Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
The sweetness is still strong, but the independent sense of miscellaneous flavors that suppresses it a bit was quite nice and three-dimensional👍. 勢正宗OMATSURI CARP純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ shinsaku3Overall 10 (out of 10)
I bought it at a store that handles it because I enjoyed it so much when I drank it before.
The feature is glutinous rice hot brewed in 4 steps🤔.
According to the description
It has the acidity from lactic acid fermentation, the umami of Hitogochi, and the clean taste of Yamae Nishiki, while pursuing a unique sweetness and exciting taste from the four-stage glutinous rice brewing.
A different brand from before, but good ‼️😋.
The beginning of the drink starts with a soft and fluffy rice sweetness and umami that shows the influence of the unique glutinous rice, and the aftertaste gives the impression of closing with a festival where all the rice flavors appear (but in a moderate way) 👍.
It was served chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Soft and fluffy aroma of rice 👍
-The aroma of the rice is still there, but there is a slight spiciness that passes through the nose.

(5 is the maximum) ぺっほThis aroma 🥰 is so! Sexy & juicy grape! It's not Muscat or Shine Muscat, it's Kyoho 🍇 Thinking of the end of summer, it's a gorgeous, wistful taste 🎆 I drank it with gusto and felt more tipsy than ever ❤️ ma-ki-Good evening, shinsaku3!
Looks like a sake with the sweet and savory taste of rice ✨.
I haven't come across any sake from Nagano prefecture, so I'm very curious 🎵.
I'm also attracted to the sexy & juicy grape 😊. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃!
I thought the name "Seimasamune" was a classic, but it actually tastes like sexy & juicy rice 😙That's exciting ‼️😆 shinsaku3Hello ma-ki-😃.
It has a unique taste that seems to be independent of the sweetness and flavor of the rice and the miscellaneous taste of the rice.
There don't seem to be many stores that carry it, but if you come across it, I highly recommend ❣️ ☺️ ぺっほJay & Nobby 🍇Good morning! I corked it last night with about a cup left over for tomorrow 🤣 it's unstoppable deliciousness 💖.
I'll bring you a souvenir when I tour Tochigi 🙌🥰. shinsaku3Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
The name Sei Masamune certainly sounds old-fashioned and the brewery was very quiet 😅, but this unique method certainly got me excited before drinking it 😃.
It has a Dragon Ball feel to it😅 ぺっほma-ki-🍇Good morning! I was hit by a slightly low al sexy & juicy 14 degrees last night 🥰It seems there are only a few stores in Kanto that carry it. I'm going to add Sei Masamune draft to my keg draft lineup 🙇🙏🙏🙏. 勢正宗GREEN CARP 純米 無濾過生原酒純米原酒生酒無濾過 デルタMarusei Shuzo, Nagano Prefecture

A sake brewery that I personally recommend.
This brewery features a four-stage brewing process using glutinous rice, and the glutinous rice gives it a slight heaviness at the back, not unpleasant at all.
The concept of this green carp seems to be umami and sharpness.
Aroma, melon-like and fruity, rich in aroma.
Taste: sweet, sweet and full of umami, but with a great sharpness. I like dry sake, but I haven't tasted such a delicious sweet sake in a long time.
It is like eating melon or pear as it is.
The taste is as clean as a junmai ginjo. It's so delicious. keita Purchased because of the banana yeast on the label 🍌.
Not much banana flavor, but you can taste some flavor on the palate.
The taste is relatively sweet, but the alcohol is a little strong. keita Summer Jungin Yokoyama
Sweetness that matches the tropical feel of the label.
It is like a juice if you drink it well chilled.
keita Sweeter taste with 100% Dewa Sanzan
As it cools down to room temperature, it becomes smoother and sweeter.
It can be enjoyed as a stand-alone dessert rather than with a meal. keita It had a muscat-like sweetness and was very easy to drink.
The sweetness is strong, so it would go well with nuts and light meals.
This was my first time drinking Yokoyama and I liked it more than I expected.
keita Smooth and slightly sweet on the palate, with a touch of alcohol when drinking.
Looks good heated, though I drank it cold 😄.
There are many varieties of mansaku no hana, but they are all delicious 🍶. keita Junmai Daiginjo
I thought the Junmai Daiginjo would be good because the Nama Sake was so good, but...
I was a little disappointed.
It didn't taste like sake, more like white wine, with a strong acidity that I didn't like.
However, after opening the bottle and drinking it a few days later, the acidity had lessened a little and it was slightly easier to drink than immediately after opening the bottle. keitaSake from the Nanyo Shuzo brewery, famous for its hana-yosu
Dry but very refreshing and easy to drink
Dry but with less alcohol
Unlike Hanayo Kuyu, it tastes good again! keitaA little fizzy when you open the bottle and the alcohol itself is a little cloudy white.
When you drink it, it has a strong muscat-like sweetness and is easy to drink, with little alcohol.
I bought it out of a sense of adventure, but I hit the jackpot, and it's one I'll definitely be repeating! パパバスWhen opened, it has a slight gassy feeling and the aroma in the mouth is quite spectacular. But it also has acidity and lightness, making it perfect for summer. It is just the right balance without being too much.
It reminds me of the nighttime sea view at Kujukuri-hama or Oiso in the summer when I was a student 😁. Rafa papa
Good evening, Papabus 😃.
Sono Kangiku is a sake that I want to drink but haven't yet 😅.
I'm jealous that you drink a lot of Sono Kangiku 😆️.
I used to go to Milt Beach every spring for a training camp when I was a student 🎾.
I miss it so much 😂. パパバスGood evening, Rafa papa! I drank my first bottle of Kangiku this year and I'm a fan! My local liquor store carries it and I buy a few bottles when it comes in 😅.
I think it's tennis at the albacore beach 😊It's a beautiful sandy beach 😊. Rafa papaThat's a backyard🌋.
It's hard to find in Osaka 😭
Tennis 😳⁉️...you are right ‼️.
I went to Milt with junior high school - high school - college.
It's a nostalgic place where I spent my youth 🤣.
I'm back but I still play tennis ✌️🎾. パパバスWe are blessed to be in Saitama 😅.
I was on the tennis team in middle school and high school, and I think it's great that you can keep it up all your life! Rafa papaI'm from Saitama-Omiya too.
I'll look for it when I go back to my hometown 🙄.
Do you have any recommendations around Omiya-Urawa area❓
I'd love to drink 🌼 too 😭 パパバスI've never been there, but I think it's the Matsuzaki in Urawa Parco! There is a main store in Kawagoe and I recommend that one 😊.
A few years ago, you could change the Hana-yosu if you went to the warehouse 😥, but these days you can't buy it anymore 😥. keitaSweet taste and alcohol aftertaste.
Tangy feeling on the palate, but refreshing.
Refreshing and the summer sake 😄.
パパバスIt has more acidity than Kukai and is perfect for hot days. It's the rainy season, but Osean99 makes me feel refreshed.
I prefer a boar cup to a wine glass. YuichiroYamae Nishiki was sold out, so we chose Miyamanishiki.
I like the taste and aroma spread on the second day~.
★★★★ ハリーYuichiro, all Mikotsuru is delicious. It is a revived brewery, but I got the feeling that they are making it consistently and efficiently with the latest equipment😊. YuichiroThanks for your comment, Harry!
Sounds like you'll enjoy the other sake rice differences as well! YuichiroIt has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami.
A sake that is delicious enough on its own without being paired with a meal.
★★★★☆ YuichiroAs a sake, it has no habits and is mild.
The bitterness cuts through at the end.
★★★★ YuichiroI had a match, and it seemed to me that it was arranged for a food wine.
It has a bitterness that matches well with meals. However, those who have enjoyed the previous sakes may wonder, "What is it? It is a very good sake.
I am very happy with the taste. YuichiroThe aroma is mild and the taste is gorgeous.
Mellow and juicy.
