Fresh and juicy as the title of the drink 💖What type of drink is light cemedine type. It was really easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content, which would go well with any meal 🥰And by the way, I Ariki is a great word ✨.
Today,
Stir-fried norabo greens, snap peas, and steamed eggplant with ume plum sauce, as we got this vegetable called "norabo" in Saitama from my grandpa in the field. Sashimi of yellowtail and fried chicken, and corn and corned beef with brown rice pilaf🌽.
The dressing with ume plum paste and shiso leaves was quite good with sake. ‼️

And chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) to go with the gentle Hishiko 💕 shrimp 🦐 sunk 💦 oven-roasted chicken thigh and eringi mushrooms, pickled mini tomatoes 🍅. (I'm making a bed of salted rice bran to consider pairing pickles with sake in the future 🧐)
I was impressed by the sushi's red vinegar rice, which suited Tomoko's taste. ‼️ The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was also in good harmony with other gentle things 🥰.

ぺっほI made a quick change from the sake I was planning to make and went with Tsuru-sama's Nama-zake!
We had a variety of ingredients in the fridge today, so I made this dish to enjoy a variety of flavors 🥰.
The salad was our hydroponic lettuce, pork fillet cutlet, herb grilled kanpachi, boiled spinach with black vinegar, marinated carrots, and after this, brown rice fried rice. ❤️
I tried to combine saltiness, acidity, herb flavor, meat flavor, sweet vinegar, etc. little by little so as not to miss out on anything.
Well, when you have the experience of failure, it's hard to be aggressive, and it's like trying a few things at once, but they were all quite tasty and went well with the sake.
The dark green Mikotsuru-sama had a complex flavor this time. It had a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and astringency, from perfectly chilled to a little closer to room temperature. ‼️ It has a slightly cider-like sweet aroma. But never sweet🤞.

I too was under the impression that Kudokibe was sweet, but this sake and the No. 40 I had a while ago were quite good, with sweetness as the main taste, but with spiciness and other flavors 😋. 
ぺっほI've had Kudokibe many times, but it was very rare to find fresh sake, so I bought it immediately: ❤️
I made a meatloaf, thinking that it would be more Western than Japanese, meat rather than fish, and minced meat rather than fish 🧐👍The oven is working great. I had some cod roe and Chinese cabbage at home, so I made mini cod roe pasta, and the Chinese cabbage salad with yuzu and sesame oil 😊.
The spiciness of this dish is more spicy than I expected, but when mixed with the aroma of bacon and sesame oil, it has a hint of sweetness. ❣️ I think you may be right about the western style as expected👍❤️ I'm so glad 😍.

Cold tofu soy sauce goes well with it! But my nabe today was white miso and barley miso with 🌶️ Chinese cabbage and pork, so I felt that the gentle sweetness of the nabe and Sohyo-sama's gusto of spiciness and clean, crisp, hard-edged atmosphere did not detract from the nabe at all💦.
I should enjoy it at different temperatures with sushi, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and tako-wasa (octopus) 🩷.

I bought sea bream ara, so I made a bouillabaisse, and then I unwrapped the sea bream meat and made croquettes. Stir-fried beef and turnip, cold tofu, and stir-fried green peppers.
It was difficult with seafood, meat, and green peppers, but I decided on a new sake from Teisho, which I remember from a delicious pairing at a previous restaurant in a sake brewery! Well, the sake is definitely good, and it's okay if it fails 👍.
Surprisingly, however, the Teimatsu was very sharp! I had a fresh fruity memory, but I guess I wasn't aware of it because I was pairing it with a restaurant meal. This sharpness did a very good job this time, and I felt that it reduced the bitterness of the green pepper, enhanced the flavor of the sesame oil and dashi, the green pepper reduced the spiciness of the Teisho and enhanced the umami, and enhanced the seafood and meat in the croquette and risotto, respectively. It is not a dry sake, but it is fruity yet has a rich umami flavor and also acts as a wash 🥰 It is really delicious! I wish everyone could drink it with all kinds of meals 😊.

Yes, we tend to go to sake breweries by car 🚗. It's located in a place where public transportation is not convenient. When we went to this brewery restaurant before, one of us was forbidden to drink 😅. ぺっほYesterday, our friends came to visit us and we had a fun party 🎉.
Since it was a girls' party, we opened a bottle of our favorite wine, Princess Michiko with rose yeast🌹.
It was 💕delicious~❣️ and even my friend who is usually a wine drinker loved it. ‼️
Hors d'oeuvres, many of which I usually make, with strawberries, cheese, carrot salad, octopus with yuzu kosho, and a few nibbles of milk French🥖 from a local bakery. The yuzu kosho and milk flavor was also a pairing ⭕️👍
Ham with turnip, special garland chrysanthemum salad, fried boiled burdock root, and chikuwa isobe-age.
Then we caught 🎣 kinmeidai (sea bream) from Kadokami Fisheries, and since it was delicious last time, we tried again, this time in a salt kettle!
The husbands joined us from here, and we had kinmedai bouillabaisse risotto and bite-sized steaks, stroganoff style. The husbands came to pick up their friends and had a non-alcoholic 🤭!
Finally, we all enjoyed pasta with leftover Bolognese sauce and gateau chocolates😍.
I think the low acidity, fruity sweetness, rich aroma and pleasant astringency of Michiko's🌹 sweet and spicy gobo (burdock root), which was boiled in soy sauce and mirin and then quickly deep-fried, blended well together! It was a bottle that would go well with sweets and dishes that make the most of the astringency of vegetables 💖.

We bought some sea bream and sushi 🍣! The sea bream is served in a salt kettle 😋 wrapped in egg whites with lemon zest, rosemary and parsley and salt in the oven👍mixing different things in the egg whites makes a light and slightly western style salt kettle 😊if you use less salt it won't be too salty.
Low al and with the subtle sweetness and astringency of rice, green curd goes well with seafood💓I recommend it for western fish 💓‼️
I used the leftover sea bream kama and kama to make puyabase. I plan to make risotto with that puyabase tomorrow🥰It will go well with the rice texture of the risotto❤️ can't wait for tomorrow's party‼️
