Tonight is a hot pot, so I thought surely this hardy Souhyo-sama would go well with it? I thought.
Cold tofu soy sauce goes well with it! But my nabe today was white miso and barley miso with 🌶️ Chinese cabbage and pork, so I felt that the gentle sweetness of the nabe and Sohyo-sama's gusto of spiciness and clean, crisp, hard-edged atmosphere did not detract from the nabe at all💦.
I should enjoy it at different temperatures with sushi, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and tako-wasa (octopus) 🩷.
Well, there are days like this👍.
