I've had Kudokibe many times, but it was very rare to find fresh sake, so I bought it immediately: ❤️ I made a meatloaf, thinking that it would be more Western than Japanese, meat rather than fish, and minced meat rather than fish 🧐👍The oven is working great. I had some cod roe and Chinese cabbage at home, so I made mini cod roe pasta, and the Chinese cabbage salad with yuzu and sesame oil 😊. The spiciness of this dish is more spicy than I expected, but when mixed with the aroma of bacon and sesame oil, it has a hint of sweetness. ❣️ I think you may be right about the western style as expected👍❤️ I'm so glad 😍. I remember that I had tried Kudokutei-san with meat before, and it was delicious that time too 😆. I'm shinsake3 for the impressions of the sake alone 💕.

Tonight is a hot pot, so I thought surely this hardy Souhyo-sama would go well with it? I thought. Cold tofu soy sauce goes well with it! But my nabe today was white miso and barley miso with 🌶️ Chinese cabbage and pork, so I felt that the gentle sweetness of the nabe and Sohyo-sama's gusto of spiciness and clean, crisp, hard-edged atmosphere did not detract from the nabe at all💦. I should enjoy it at different temperatures with sushi, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and tako-wasa (octopus) 🩷. Well, there are days like this👍. If you decide to do so, leave half and go to Kakugami Fisheries tomorrow 💪🥰🍣. I wonder if I'll have half left, huh? LOL!

Today's dinner menu was decided ahead of time, and we had the luxury of pairing drinks 💓. I bought sea bream ara, so I made a bouillabaisse, and then I unwrapped the sea bream meat and made croquettes. Stir-fried beef and turnip, cold tofu, and stir-fried green peppers. It was difficult with seafood, meat, and green peppers, but I decided on a new sake from Teisho, which I remember from a delicious pairing at a previous restaurant in a sake brewery! Well, the sake is definitely good, and it's okay if it fails 👍. Surprisingly, however, the Teimatsu was very sharp! I had a fresh fruity memory, but I guess I wasn't aware of it because I was pairing it with a restaurant meal. This sharpness did a very good job this time, and I felt that it reduced the bitterness of the green pepper, enhanced the flavor of the sesame oil and dashi, the green pepper reduced the spiciness of the Teisho and enhanced the umami, and enhanced the seafood and meat in the croquette and risotto, respectively. It is not a dry sake, but it is fruity yet has a rich umami flavor and also acts as a wash 🥰 It is really delicious! I wish everyone could drink it with all kinds of meals 😊. Yesterday, our friends came to visit us and we had a fun party 🎉. Since it was a girls' party, we opened a bottle of our favorite wine, Princess Michiko with rose yeast🌹. It was 💕delicious~❣️ and even my friend who is usually a wine drinker loved it. ‼️ Hors d'oeuvres, many of which I usually make, with strawberries, cheese, carrot salad, octopus with yuzu kosho, and a few nibbles of milk French🥖 from a local bakery. The yuzu kosho and milk flavor was also a pairing ⭕️👍 Ham with turnip, special garland chrysanthemum salad, fried boiled burdock root, and chikuwa isobe-age. Then we caught 🎣 kinmeidai (sea bream) from Kadokami Fisheries, and since it was delicious last time, we tried again, this time in a salt kettle! The husbands joined us from here, and we had kinmedai bouillabaisse risotto and bite-sized steaks, stroganoff style. The husbands came to pick up their friends and had a non-alcoholic 🤭! Finally, we all enjoyed pasta with leftover Bolognese sauce and gateau chocolates😍. I think the low acidity, fruity sweetness, rich aroma and pleasant astringency of Michiko's🌹 sweet and spicy gobo (burdock root), which was boiled in soy sauce and mirin and then quickly deep-fried, blended well together! One of our family's favorite bottles of new 💓 sake from ‼️ Sei Masamune, so we went to Kadokami Fisheries 👉! We bought some sea bream and sushi 🍣! The sea bream is served in a salt kettle 😋 wrapped in egg whites with lemon zest, rosemary and parsley and salt in the oven👍mixing different things in the egg whites makes a light and slightly western style salt kettle 😊if you use less salt it won't be too salty. Low al and with the subtle sweetness and astringency of rice, green curd goes well with seafood💓I recommend it for western fish 💓‼️ I used the leftover sea bream kama and kama to make puyabase. I plan to make risotto with that puyabase tomorrow🥰It will go well with the rice texture of the risotto❤️ can't wait for tomorrow's party‼️ ⭐️Impressions for individual sake are in charge of shinsaku3😊

According to the description, According to the description, it is a junmai-shu with a characteristic "umami" and "sharpness" among the CARP series 🧐. Delicious 😋. It is mainly sweet and refreshing, with a touch of astringency to give it a sharpness or accent that is not just sweet 👍. It is a very sweet bottle of sake that was created with the hope that it will open the door to sake for those who have never experienced it before. ‼️ Last night we invited a couple of friends over for drinks, so I made some leftover hors d'oeuvres: ham with mustard, garland chrysanthemum, daikon and nut salad, sweet and sour marinated carrots, and oden (oden). I was missing something, so I added garlic toast for something chewy to drink👍 lol. It had a special sweetness, but surprisingly bitter and sour mustard isn't bad either! And the oden Japanese garlic is also quite good (though strange as a dish 😅)! It may not be perfect as a food sake, but I have the impression that it will go well with both Japanese and Western cuisine 😍It gave me the courage to use mustard with sweet sake without fear ✨. This cute and sad drink that I accidentally put to sleep. The aroma foreshadows lightness, and the taste is light and delicious as expected😍Low alcohol, right? I thought it was 16.5 degrees ‼️ surprise ‼️ Today, we had lemon steamed mackerel 🍋 and grilled tofu with yuzu miso! The mackerel was Western style, which was the right choice👍and the yuzu miso went very well with it🤗❤️ this pleasure is very special. I added some Saikyo miso to make it sweeter! The yuzu is a ready-made one that is seasonally available on the market. As we drank it together, I thought to myself, "This sake definitely goes well with chocolate, doesn't it?" I was convinced that it would go well with chocolate, so I cracked open a piece of chocolate that I had on hand in the fridge for gâteau au chocolat. 。。。。。 How amazing‼️ This is the best pairing ❤️ Please take some chocolatey sweets with you when you see us ‼️ The main course is our family's special meat-only dumplings 🥟👍🥰 that are stable and safe.

One of my sake guesses, Sei Masamune! Tonight's Winter Carp seems a bit more sharp than usual✨It's absolutely delicious with anything, that's for sure! I'd rather not lose my guess with a solid meal 💪. Hors d'oeuvres started last night at Bunraku with bean sprout namul, corned beef, and sake-kasu cheese! After a short break, tonight's main dish will be gyoza (dumplings) 🥰. Our homemade dumplings do not contain vegetables as my husband insists 🤣and are made with ground beef and pork (more beef). ❤️ We use sesame oil, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for dipping, and wrap the dumplings in small pieces. The dumplings can be eaten with alcohol! And since it's the New Year vacations, I cook brown rice with sake and sprinkle a little cream cheese on the hot rice to make it rich. What do you think? 😊

The rice, water, and yeast are all made in Nagano Prefecture, and I love Nagano sake breweries! It is the driest Seimasomune I have ever tasted.
