I had Kudokibe today!
I wandered into a liquor store I frequent and found a new bottle of sake there, so I took it home with me 😊.

Delicious 😋.
I didn't get the impression that it was sweet 🧐.
It is true that it has a thick sweetness, but at the same time it has a spiciness and a slight bitterness to it, which makes it not only sweet but also delicious 👍.
It starts out sweet and ends up spicy👍
That is my impression 😋.
I had it chilled.
Here are my personal impressions

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I too was under the impression that Kudokibe was sweet, but this sake and the No. 40 I had a while ago were quite good, with sweetness as the main taste, but with spiciness and other flavors 😋.
