While drinking the rest of the Yamamoto No. 6 we received last night, we decided to open another bottle 🎵.

I had chilled tofu with a sauce made with peanut butter, soy sauce, mirin, and chopped green onion! It's like leek miso 😊!

A pre-dawn pairing!
After the Katsuo no Tsumire soup, brown rice, and pickles, we opened the bottle before dawn: ‼️
Compared to Yamamoto, it has a smooth and sweet taste. It is not a sharp sake, so neither a great success nor a great failure, but it was a gentle sime 😊.
