I bought it at Nagata Shoten, but I wonder if it's a spot shipment. I don't think they usually carry them.
The ginjo aroma is calm but gorgeous. It has a juicy flavor with a little bit of a rustic quality. It's delicious, but I felt it was a bit quieter than the other Eiko-Fuji wines.
As is typical of Eiko-Fuji, this sake seems to be brewed from No. 1 to No. 4, and the specifications are slightly different, so the sweetness and other characteristics must be different. This one has a lower alcohol content than the others.
The taste changes a lot after opening the bottle, so I would recommend drinking it as soon as possible. I think it has a stronger bitter taste.

Eiko-Fuji, in the Kyoto area, there is only one Kikuya in Otokoyama danchi near Camphor Station 🤔There is one in Osaka and one in Hyogo, but all of them are difficult to access 😢.
