bouken
There is no description, but it is said to be a raw sake. It's refreshing and has the feeling of a refreshing apple. It's a type of summer sake. So if you are expecting a sweet taste, it may be different from your image. It's a little cloudy and has a slight tang.

It's a little different from what I was expecting. There are apples that look more like apples even if they don't claim to be apples, and there are apples like Koko apples...

There's a decent amount of appleiness, though. There's also a bit of fizziness.

This looks like he's using CEL24 yeast.

For CEL24, I'd rather have Kamesen, Katsuragi or Kure.

There's also a sake called Toyonoume no Itookashi that's a CEL24, but I'm not sure if I prefer it to that. It was a long time ago, so I can't say for sure.
