Akita snow country yeast, Sake meter value +3.5, Acidity 1.6
It has a slight sourness in the mouthfeel... I think it is a characteristic I feel with Gohyakumangoku. I think Sangonishiki, which I drank on the same day, is more to my liking than Kakuemon of Fukukomachi.
