Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Alcohol content 15 Rice used: Hitogochiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Shinshu Kamerei is also well balanced. It was made in April, so it must have been fire-aged. ✌️

A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. I recommended it to him and told him that Koyama Shoten also sold it 😄.

Kudokibe Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Rice used: 100% Sake Mirai Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol percentage: around 17.2 We had a visitor from Tokyo and went to Daigo Toyama main store. The reserved seats were at a table, but since there were only 3 of us, we moved to the counter. We were very excited. The all-you-can-drink course is available for 3,500 yen and 4,500 yen, and we chose the 3,500 yen course. First, we started with Kudokibe Sake Mirai ^ ^. Well, it is fruity and delicious 😄.

Nabeshima Ginjo-zukuri Junmai Sake Hidden Sake Ura-Nabeshima Daigo Premium Store On this day, a friend and his wife came to Toyama from Fuchu. After eating and drinking sashimi, tempura of young ayu fish, tempura of gengage, and Toyama's local sake at the first restaurant, we talked about Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for local sake. The wife's top choice used to be Masumi, but now it is Nabeshima! She said, "I'm sure you can find it at a nearby shop. I'm sure you can find it at a nearby store, so we came to Daigo Premium Store. We decided to drink as much as we could on the spur of the moment! I thought, "What the heck..." (...) I saw a bottle of Ura-nabeshima in the fridge, so we toasted again as the first drinkers 🥂.

Delicious sake from Ishikawa Prefecture❗️ We'll have some bamboo leaves❗️. It is made with Yamada Nishiki from Noto, and the aroma at the beginning is modest, and the flavor comes for a moment and makes you think that it is juicy, but it changes to dryness in a moment (^_^) You can go easily even in the midst of eating❗️.

This is also the first time for this Toyama sake brewery❗️. The level is quite high though we compared the drinks❗️ All of them are very clear (^. ^) I think it's dry from the left to the right, but I felt that Gohyakumangoku is the driest❗️. This is a brand that I would love to get for home drinking❗️❗️
