Shinshu Kamerei is also well balanced. It was made in April, so it must have been fire-aged. ✌️ @水橋Chiyotsuru reisyu Nama Sake
Now we come to Toyama sake.
Chiyotsuru is a sake from Namekawa. So, let's have it with pickled firefly squid! @水橋AKABU Junmai Ginjo Omachi NEWBORN

There were many kinds of Jikin, but since we were there, we had Omachi 😄.
I'm really excited to sit at the counter. ✌️ ジェイ&ノビィHello @Mizuhashi😃
I've always wanted to go to Daigo! The counter is an arena seat 🏟️ 🥹I'm considering if I can go there around August 🤗. @水橋Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
Daigo has 2 branches in Toyama and 1 in Kanazawa 🍶August, I will accompany you if the day is right 😀. ジャイヴ@Mizuhashi, I'd like to borrow your place for a minute.
Jay & Nobby, I'd like to join you as much as possible 😁. ジェイ&ノビィGyve, @Mizuhashi, I'll contact you as soon as I see your itinerary 👋 @水橋Jay & Nobby, Jive, I understand 🫡. ジェイ&ノビィHello @Mizuhashi and Gyve 😃.
Due to work commitments, I won't be able to make the trip to Hokuriku in August 😭 I'll try to make another adjustment for around October! I'll keep you posted 👋. @水橋Yes, sir, I understand...
We'll be waiting to hear from you 😉. ジャイヴThanks for reaching out Jay & Nobby 😁.
Roger that ✨ @水橋A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them.
We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better.
I recommended it to him and told him that Koyama Shoten also sold it 😄. @水橋Kudokibe Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai
Rice used: 100% Sake Mirai
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol percentage: around 17.2
We had a visitor from Tokyo and went to Daigo Toyama main store.
The reserved seats were at a table, but since there were only 3 of us, we moved to the counter. We were very excited.
The all-you-can-drink course is available for 3,500 yen and 4,500 yen, and we chose the 3,500 yen course.
First, we started with Kudokibe Sake Mirai ^ ^.
Well, it is fruity and delicious 😄. まえちんHi @Mizuhashi, hello ☀️😀
Sake chic Daigo sounds great 😍 jealous ✨.
Counter seating is still the best 😚👍. @水橋Hello Maechen 😃
I envy Maecin-san's business trip to Suwa 🥹because there are many different izakaya 😌This time we took the recommended counter seating: ✌️ ジャイヴGood evening, @Mizuhashi🌛!
Oh! The overwhelming amount of stuff in the cellar in Toyama too 😁.
It's fun to sit at the counter and examine the various items ✨. @水橋Good evening, Mr. Gyves!
Kanazawa is probably the largest in terms of capacity! Counter seating is fun because you can see the inventory as well as live viewing 😃. 深紅の烏Year-end party with best friends / 6th drink @水橋Nabeshima Ginjo-zukuri Junmai Sake Hidden Sake Ura-Nabeshima
Daigo Premium Store
On this day, a friend and his wife came to Toyama from Fuchu.
After eating and drinking sashimi, tempura of young ayu fish, tempura of gengage, and Toyama's local sake at the first restaurant, we talked about Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for local sake.
The wife's top choice used to be Masumi, but now it is Nabeshima! She said, "I'm sure you can find it at a nearby shop.
I'm sure you can find it at a nearby store, so we came to Daigo Premium Store.
We decided to drink as much as we could on the spur of the moment! I thought, "What the heck..." (...)
I saw a bottle of Ura-nabeshima in the fridge, so we toasted again as the first drinkers 🥂. ゆう🎶@Mizuhashi, here we go again🤗
From Kanazawa, now to Premium 😊All you can drink after eating and drinking so much at the first restaurant! 😳Great lineup here too ✨I hope you got home safe this time? I hope you made it home safely this time 🤭. @水橋Yu🎶, I think it's stupid to drink as much as you can at the after-party😓.
I went home without my backpack, but I left my phone at the store (...).
I found it here on Find My iPhone and went to get it the next day 😆. タムタムA little sweet, but never gooey.
Yum! sakepowerI'll have some Midorikawa-san ❗️
I'm getting a little tipsy, but ^^;
It has a slight sweetness, but after that, it has a clean feeling, and it disappears clearly. sakepowerYay this is delicious❗️
The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is yukata and anyone can enjoy it❗️ sakepowerI'm drinking Tate-no-Kawa-san.
It's raw sake, so the freshness is good!
And the taste of Miyamanishiki, it is as good as ❗️.
We only make Junmai Daiginjo, and it is very good. sakepowerIt's been a very long time since I've seen a black dragon ❗️.
I also enjoyed the sound of the opening of the bottle and the pong (^. ^)
It has a refreshing taste and freshness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku〜.
You can also enjoy the aftertaste (*^^*) sakepowerAnother delicious drink from Kazuma ❗️.
There is a honey-like sweetness in the dark flavor, but the aftertaste is a little bitter and leaves a good tingling aftertaste (^. ^.)
It is delicious❗️. sakepowerDelicious sake from Ishikawa Prefecture❗️
We'll have some bamboo leaves❗️.
It is made with Yamada Nishiki from Noto, and the aroma at the beginning is modest, and the flavor comes for a moment and makes you think that it is juicy, but it changes to dryness in a moment (^_^)
You can go easily even in the midst of eating❗️. sakepowerThis is also the first time for this Toyama sake brewery❗️.
The level is quite high though we compared the drinks❗️
All of them are very clear (^. ^)
I think it's dry from the left to the right, but I felt that Gohyakumangoku is the driest❗️.
This is a brand that I would love to get for home drinking❗️❗️ sakepowerI can't tell the difference between the two versions, but I think this one has more acidity.
This one is also swishy and go ❗️ sakepowerI'll take that, Nabeshima-san❗️
Hidden sake (^. ^)
Flash feeling from the beginning, a little sourness, but the flavor comes, and at the end, it feels refreshing❗️
This is a version that can be enjoyed easily. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
