A sake that changes my impression of Katano Sakura.
When I first drank it, I had a strong image of a light sake, but this time it was heavier.
It's hard to finish the last sake with a heavy one!

Taste of Namaishu? I can feel the rice flavor.

Tenpoichi Junmai Senbon Nishiki 100
Super dry
Delicious with a typical dry mouthfeel.
The first sip has a refreshing aftertaste.
The spiciness lingers at the end of the sip.

Nigori (nigori) sake, ultra-ancient method, no yeast added, brewed in wooden vats
This is the second bottle of Senkin after Kabutomushi.
The acidity is effective.
It is easy to drink, not like nigori in a good sense.
It's my first time to drink it, but it's so refreshing and delicious!
