ぐがげごAfter a slight carbonation in the mouth, umami spreads throughout the mouth. It is a thick sake with a strong umami flavor. ぐがげごModerately dry, with a mouthfeel that is thick in its own way but can go kuikui. A nice honjozo without being cheesy. ぐがげごA smooth summer sake without any stickiness.
In a good sense, it drinks like water. ぐがげごSake with a light taste, soft sweetness, soft and clean. ぐがげご[Corrected version.]
This sake came out when I asked for Junmai from Hiyuki.
It has a firm yet smooth sweetness. It has a very subtle carbonation. The aftertaste is rich and pleasant. I wrote that it was "very good" but...
At that time, I had an image that Tobiroki is easy to drink, but it is different from Tobiroki. It is better than Jyushiyo Honmaru, which can be drunk for the same price. We were talking about this one from now on, but when I looked it up today, I found out that it was a different sake. But today I checked and found out that it was a different sake. It was a good thing I was injured. ぐがげごNot in a bad way, but a watery drink. It is not so from head to bottom, but has a pleasant taste in the latter half. It is good for the first drink if you don't like strong flavored drinks today. ぐがげごRefreshing aroma. Watery, refreshing mouthfeel. Slight sweetness and more subtle bitterness. Sake like a traditional pear. ぐがげごIt has a clean, light and beautiful taste. It is a well-made sake with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. ぐがげごSince it was Junmai Dry, I thought it would go well with chicken, so I ordered it.
The sake was clean without any habits, yet clear and elegant. ぐがげごAs expected of Jyushidai. It has a strong sweetness in the mouth that you would not expect from a ginjo. It also has a light cemedine aroma in a good sense and a clean aftertaste. It is delicious. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
