Since it was Junmai Dry, I thought it would go well with chicken, so I ordered it.
The sake was clean without any habits, yet clear and elegant.

As expected of Jyushidai. It has a strong sweetness in the mouth that you would not expect from a ginjo. It also has a light cemedine aroma in a good sense and a clean aftertaste. It is delicious.
