Cold sake.
The aroma was subdued.
It has a very good balance of rice flavor and sweetness, and as a mealtime sake, it has a calm taste unique to Miyagi sake that does not interfere with the flavor of the food. That is not to say that it is plain, but it has a taste with roots.
