Fukuoka now has a store that always handles Kame no Kai 🙌 Banzai! Thanks to the liquor store ❕ and thanks for the info Gura-chan ❕❕❕. When you open the bottle, it smells like pears 😲😲. When you drink it, it tastes like La France 🍐❕❕. (↑I wanted to use the word "La France" 😍😍 my wish came true lol) Sweet and sour but refreshing 😋😋. My husband said it was like muscat! After a while, it tasted like banana🍌 too! On the second day, it became sour! Now it tastes like apple 😆. I think I enjoyed all kinds of fruits 😆. I liked the La France (I wanted to say that again 🤣) style flavor the best on the first day 😆 ❣️

This is my first Ding 😍. I couldn't stop thinking about the label that looks like this face 😆. I finally found it: ⤴️ They had a lineup of regular sake, but I was told that the summer sake ogara-mi is only available at this time of the year! I was told that I could have the summer sake without knowing about the regular one 😋. You can feel the rich rice flavor! But the aftertaste is refreshing! The ori is only a little bit, so it's slightly cheery! Umami 😋😋. I was told by the shopkeeper that it goes well with thick flavored simmered dishes, So I paired it with simmered fish. I was told by the restaurant staff that this sake goes well with strong flavored simmered dishes, so I paired it with simmered fish 🐟. But with sake on its own, the umami of rice tends to bore me 😆😍. I think it's a good idea to have a strong flavored side dish for a strong sake. I'm learning a lot 😂.
