It is a clear and beautiful sake with high rice polishing. ☝️
It is a very delicious sake with a gorgeous ginjo aroma, gentle sweetness and acidity that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo 😆.
There seems to be a difference in where the Yamada Nishiki was produced, but I couldn't find it in the store ✨.
I wanted to try it and looked for it... but it was already sold out 😓.

The sweetness and acidity are both very sharp, so it doesn't linger and is easy to drink 😄.

I chose a small horse mackerel and a glass of summer sake from Kurikoma mountain 😆.
It's an easy to drink and delicious sake with a clean taste and a delicious flavor ✨. KanoAroma, rice flavor, acidity.
