Fourth glass. This is the first time for me to drink it, but it has a presence in the refrigerator and I decided to try it. It is a recently developed sake rice called Gin-Karasu-boshi.
According to my wife, it has a nice aroma. Aomori can still dig it.

The third drink. What is this name? Miyoshikiku is from Tokushima? I think I bought it when I was there this year, but I didn't know they offered such a quirky sake. The taste has an aroma and acidity like old sake. Not an unpleasant habit, but refreshing.

The second drink. The Blue Sapphire I had the day before yesterday was gone, and there was a green Adapt, so I had it. I opened my mouth and felt the same slightly carbonated acidity as BlueSapphire, but this one had more sweetness.

I drank so much last night, but after the sun went down, I wanted to go. On this day, I went to the neighborhood with my wife. I went to Shu the day before yesterday as an introduction. The first drink of the day was from Nagano Prefecture. It was my first time to drink Shinanotsuru. It is fragrant and sweet. Kami says it smells like peaches.

I stopped by for the first time on my way home from a nearby gym. I had been curious about this sake place shu for a while, and when I ordered a small drink set, I brought three bottles from the refrigerator and poured them by myself. I had already bought Teisho once in Ogawa-machi, but the beautiful bottle attracted me and I picked it up. It is sweet and mellow with a slightly carbonated acidity. The aftertaste is dry and tight. It is delicious.
