湘南の漢
Looking for a classic sake that goes well with warmed sake,
I came across Shinkame.
I have had spring sake, but this was my first time to try this normal one.
When I opened the bottle, it had a unique and peculiar aroma.
When you drink it, it is a dry sake full of classic flavor.
When chilled, the peculiarity becomes stronger,
When warmed up, the peculiarity becomes weaker.
but it has a stronger, heavier flavor.
My father, who is a classic sake drinker, said he didn't like it.
I personally prefer the Spring Nama Sake, which is lighter
I also personally liked the Spring Nama-zake because it was lighter and had a sharpness that made it easier to drink with meals.
