Good evening Inoshin-san 🌝. Ryukyu! And hats off to the restaurant for their taste in sushi rolls 🤤! I still can't forget the Seki Horse Mackerel Ryukyu I had in Oita a few years ago😍! It seems to go well with the clear and dry Kanbokuto 😊.

Last night we had a Takachiyo party.... It has a juicy sweetness with a fruity aftertaste. It is a well-made sake. The snack was grilled crown chicken with sansho (Japanese pepper).

The low alcohol content, slight carbonation, and moderate acidity made me want to drink it quickly, but since it is a limited edition sake, I savored it slowly (lol). The side dish was tempura of new burdock!

I happened to find it on a day I wanted to buy it at the liquor store but couldn't, and I was so excited! Smooth mouthfeel and flavor. The moderate sweetness is pleasant. It is a sake to be drunk with a good taste. Grilled salt fish to go with it!

It's been a while since I've seen 14yo 🍶 This label is new to me 14yo_✖️ omachi Great tag team! The umami, sweetness, and aroma are all very elegant. It is a sake that makes you feel elegant. Served with saikyo-yaki mackerel.
