I was going to buy Nabeshima because I heard its name recently, but I bought this one. It's as good as they say.
It's a lightly nigori (lightly cloudy) kind of beer. It has a gassy and juicy taste that I like. The only thing is that it's a little too acidic for my taste.

I've been wanting to try this Akatake because it's been recommended in many places.
The sweetness of the rice and the well-balanced sharpness made me understand why it is so popular. I thought the sweetness was a bit overpowering, but when I paired it with cheese, it went really well and I could drink it all the time.

That first bite was a shocker! The sweetness was followed by a complex umami? I was impressed by the complexity of the sweetness and the sharpness of the flavor, and I was impressed by the fact that it has a reputation!
It's only 1400 yen, but I felt the same satisfaction as when I drank something that cost 1800 yen. It's good for the price!

I bought it because I heard that it was good from Sakelabo. The carbonation was just right and the sweetness was like a melon (the part near the skin).
If you don't drink water consciously, you'll be dizzy before you know it (^^;
