It has a mild but acidic taste and is perfectly balanced as a food sake.
This is the first time I've had this brand, but I'm impressed by the high level of sake from Nagano. もけけIt was so good that I regretted avoiding Nanaken because it is often sold in supermarkets.
It was so refreshing and fruity that it was hard to believe it was 70%. It's a great value for the price of 1,320 yen. もけけThis is one of the most shocking bottles I have had in a long time.
It has a strong sweetness that is symmetrical to the impact of the name, and is like a thick pineapple juice. This is delicious!
I wish I had bought a bottle because the No. 4 bottle was more expensive than a bottle. もけけThis one is the same 13° low al. as the previous sambudo, but it doesn't have much gasiness, and I think it has a citrusy sourness.

The sweetness and acidity were softly fragrant, and the petit-swirl-like taste was followed by umami and a little bitterness. The color of the glass didn't allow me to detect much lees, but I think it has a deep umami. The nigori rice flavor and sweetness are present, but it is also dry and easy to drink. Delicious!

For a sake of -7.0 sake, the sweetness is preceded by the spiciness and acidity. The sweetness and bitterness came after that. A betrayal in a good sense. I'm a tsundere goddess 😊. もけけI entered the store unaware that the sake was on the shelves, and was in a hurry to buy it when I saw customers coming in one after another to buy just this one.
It was a bit hard like new sake, but it was delicious with a juicy melon flavor that I hadn't tasted in a long time.
It was my first time to taste Tazake, but it was well-balanced without being too sweet, which explains why it is so popular. もけけI bought it because I heard it was cosy, and it is indeed cosy.
It has a subtle sweetness and is easy to drink and sharp enough not to interfere with meals. It is certainly less impactful on average than the more popular ones, but for 1100 yen, I think it is a bargain. もけけThe owner told me, "This is sweet!" As he said, it was fruity and sweet.
It has the cleanliness of a junmai daiginjo, but with a taste I like, and it is very satisfying!
It is not so good with a meal, or rather, the sweetness is noticeable, so it is better to drink it as an aperitif or after a meal. もけけI was going to buy Nabeshima because I heard its name recently, but I bought this one. It's as good as they say.
