It was a very fruity sake, quite sweet, with a chili chili flavor, and like Shinanotsuru, the name does not match the flavor 😁.
Akabu is the first autumn sake in a long time as the number of autumn sake has been increasing rapidly.
It is popular and tastes good.
A little sourness? It has a slightly sour taste, but it has a deliciously fruity aftertaste. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but the alcohol content was 13%.
Very light touch
Aromas of green apple and melon spread quickly, and light acidity and bitterness linger pleasantly.

The aroma is mild. As is typical of summer sake, it is refreshing and fruity with a sour taste. I felt it was too good to be true, but I tried it with soda and found it to be extremely tasty.
I had been putting off drinking Nabeshima, thinking I could drink it anytime, but I finally got around to it!
It was a modern, sweet and delicious wine!
I know I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle, but I don't think I felt that much gas. But I'm sure I'll finish it soon 😊.

This is the first Shiboribori of Shinanotsuru, famous for its label fraud (in a good way).
It is fresh and juicy, not necessarily gassy, but somehow "energetic".

2024 6th bottle
Nakazen Shuzo's new type of Shiboritate Nama sake, which I saw at this liquor store and fell in love with through Nakanori-san and kyozon sake.
Sake made with test-brewed rice from Nagano, Japan.
According to the owner, it is a strain of Nishida Sake Brewery's sake rice (Kojonishiki, I think). 。。。。
I don't know how difficult it is to understand, but it is delicious with a nice acidity spread.
The flavor changed on the second day as well.
I think I can enjoy it even if the atmosphere changes for a week or so.
