Timeline
ことりIt has a thick, glossy, and pitchy gasiness. It has a caramel-like sweetness, a flavor reminiscent of ripe bananas and pineapple, and a slowly developing intense sweetness that is followed by a strong bitterness.
While enjoying the rich sweet, bitter, and acidic taste, it was also nice to have a 🧊1 floating on the palate for a lighter taste 😚. ことりIt is made with Gunma KAZE yeast.
It has a full flavor with a hint of lychee and white peach, but it is not too flashy, and the ginjo-style flavor is crisp and light when served cold.
The mild taste of the middle sip will make you want to drink more and more! ことりThe catchphrase of Akagisan is "a dry wife to accompany sake lovers.
It has a light, light alu-feeling with a gentle sweetness that reminds one of apples, and a smooth, smooth finish. It goes well with sashimi 😚Thanks for the meal! ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Kotori-san 😃
I misread "dry sake lover's wife" 🤣.
Dry sake 🍶 is good with sashimi 😙. ことりHi Jay & Nobby 🐥.
What a wife who loves dry wine! Reverse composition🤣Oh? It reminded me of Nobby's 🤭In either case, I could see a warm and happy scene in J&N's home where they care for each other 🤗🥂. ことり[I received a gift of "Kaju crab miso" as a souvenir. Then, I wondered if this would go well with it. I thought it would go well with this one, so I drank it cold.
It has a slightly classical taste, with a sourness and a strong alcohole flavor that comes out in the nose. It is a dry Otoko (men's) sake with a hot and dry taste.
Perhaps it is because it is a cold-stored sake, but when the temperature is lowered...what do you expect? The mouthfeel is soft and fluffy, and the sweetness and richness of the rice can be felt.
The crab miso was also delicious dissolved in miso soup! ひるぺこGood evening, Kotori-san. I like to drink crab miso with a dry and refreshing taste of Ippongi 👍I see you have a technique of adding it to miso soup 🤔It will upgrade your miso soup 😊. ヰリアムChecking in on the 420th, very easy key in California!
Cheers Cheers! ことりHi Hirupeko, good evening 🐥.
I've been experimenting with a slightly spicy type of sandesi recently, looking for a refreshing taste due to the hot weather 🤭I like miso soup with crab miso because I can add a little more of it to each bowl as I like 😉. ことりGood evening, Mr. Wiliam 🌙Thank you for encouraging my 420 check-in😊I admire your rich ability to express yourself.Happy drinking!!!🥂Cheers! ヰリアムHi Kotori!
Thank you for your kind words, they make my arm better every day!
Cheers, Best Wishers! ことりHi Iriam 😃
Your Japanese is very good! 👏🏻
Enjoy your life with Sake!
Cheers! Enjoy your life🤗 ジャイヴHello, Kotori-san!
[I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed the "crab miso" paired with the local Fukui "Ippongi" 😁.
Ippongi is also delicious heated, so if you have the chance, please try it again ✨. ことりGood morning, Jive 🐥.
I'll have the crab miso as a side dish 😉 The synergy of the deliciousness makes the cups go down a treat! I'm also interested in other products and heating sake 😚 I once had coarsely ground soba noodles from Fukui in Utsunomiya and was so addicted to the deliciousness that I went there. Love Fukui that I feel close to home 🥹. ヰリアムKotori-san, unfortunately my Japanese is very bad ... . Still, thank you very much for your encouraging words!
P.S.: Your English is very good! ことりThe aqua blue bottle is cool 🤗.
I was a bit nervous when I opened the bottle because I heard it was active, but it didn't overflow...the gas feeling was chili chili schwarz.
It has a whey feeling like the supernatant of yogurt, cooked rice, and a slight saltiness. It is a light oli, with a hint of sweetness and acidity... and a hint of bitterness.
I like it this season, not too sweet, low al and crispy 😉. ことりIt is glossy, with a mellow, tropical fruit-like ginjo aroma on the top. It also has a floral aroma. The aroma is so good that one would like to smell it for a while, and it is full of cleanliness.
It is medium-bodied when served cold, and becomes slightly sweeter as it approaches room temperature. It is mild on the palate with a fine gasiness and a good acidity, and has a wonderful balance without being too much.
Spicy green onion ramen from a beef bone ramen restaurant. It is a pity that the spicy green onion mixed with raayu was unexpectedly spicy, and the beef bone flavor was lost 😩. ことりWhen opened, it has an overripe pineapple, apple, kiwi, and other overripe? The next day, the fruity aroma is replaced by an apricot-like flavor and a slight bitterness, as if it were an aged wine.
The next day, the flashy aroma is replaced by an apricot-like flavor and bitterness, which is typical of aged wines. ことりI think I let it sit for a while.
It has a strong ginkoku aroma similar to melon and tropical fruits, thick and sweet, with a sharp bitterness in the latter half of the bottle. The alkaloa that I was sensing as I drank it sometimes turned into bitter cacao or syrup, although it was very subtle. ことりThis is Suginamiki, a local brand of figure. It is said to be pressed on the coldest day of the year🤗.
Gentle and fruity ginjo aroma with a sweet aroma. Syrupy sweetness, umami, slight saltiness, and bitterness spread in that order. The taste is very drinkable. 電照菊山田錦50純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ発泡 ことりThe label is nice. It is quite strong and gassy! It has a pleasantly sweet and fruity taste, almost like a carbonated beverage. I would recommend it even to those who don't like sake. At times, it is very slight, but syrup like shaved ice? It is a little bit like shaved ice or shaved ice syrup. It is slightly bitter and has a variety of umami. It was slightly bitter, with a mineral taste that seemed to be filled with various umami flavors, and I was impressed by the slight saltiness in the aftertaste. It was a silky orikara, sweet and delicious sake. ことりAt room temperature. Yellowish, caramelized aroma with a mild lactic acidity. Mild mouthfeel. When you drink it, you first taste the acidity, and then the taste of rice with a hint of grain. As it rolls around in the mouth, there is a sweetness like burnt candy, caramel, and a spread of umami... but I was a bit concerned about the oily bran-like aroma, although it is faint. Is this peculiar taste good?
On a different note from sake, do you want some mushrooms? I was surprised to see a large block of mushrooms still growing on the floor 😆 They are as big as a toaster 😂 I had them with charred pork marinated in miso and stir-fried hiratake mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms with garlic. The chewy texture is addictive! WOMMr. Kotori. Good morning & nice to meet you. Your sizzling repot of stir-fried mushrooms, which makes me want to eat them, is wonderful. I'm looking forward to your future reference and enjoyment. Thank you very much. ことりWOM 😊Hello & nice to meet you! I enjoy reading your posts about the sake against the beautiful background 👀WOM, I heard you were hit by the earthquake during your first visit to Japan... I'm glad you are safe 🥹I was able to buy Tengumai here in Utsunomiya 🤗. ことりI heard that some sake breweries in Niigata and other areas were also affected by the disaster 🥹I would like to support them by drinking sake from Hokuriku. Thank you very much for your support. ことりThe glittering gold label design is lovely.
Gentle and gorgeous ginjo aroma. Mellow fruitiness. The sweetness of the rice is very intense. As the label says, it is recommended as an autumn food sake, and it has the strength to stand up to strong flavorful foods. ことりThe aroma is mild. When you include it, you can feel the sweetness of koji, or rather, a sweet, dark taste like cherry syrup. It has a slightly bitter and umami aftertaste. I like the thickness of this flavor, or the feeling that it is very drinkable 😚. さけランYes, thank you for more 👍s than usual 😅!
Good evening Kotori-san. It's been a while!
Hoho!
Cherry syrup?
I guess it's like Eiko-Fuji, it's a sweet specialized sake with a good range of taste! ことりGood evening, Mr. Sakeran 😊Thank you for your comment as well 😃.
This sweet and thick feeling is the Eiko-Fuji way....
I'm sorry to hear that.
Hinorin and Yami Naru, I'll carry them over to the new year 😅. ことりWine yeast preparation. The bottle shape is smart and looks like a wine bottle.
It has a gentle yet gorgeous ginjo aroma similar to that of white grapes,
The elegant sweetness is followed by a full-bodied acidity and a slight astringency. The taste is reminiscent of a medium to slightly dry white wine, which makes it hard to believe that it is made from rice.
The snake's eye is said to have the meaning of warding off bad luck. ジェイ&ノビィHi Kotori 😃
It really is a simple and smart bottle with the appearance of a wine bottle 🤗Tastes like white wine too 😋.
It's a snake's eye that seems to draw you in, but it's a good way to ward off evil 😳. ことりHi Jay & Nobby 😊It was clear and delicious, different from the silky taste of the Bida wine cell.
It was a clear taste, different from the silky taste of the Bida wine cellar. I already finished it to purify my body and mind 🤣Nah-te! ことりGorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon, with a slight dumpling powder or tissue-like aroma. Full-bodied sweet flavor & juicy sweet acidity. The light sharpness of the aftertaste is also nice. ことりThe other day, I stopped by a sake store for the first time and encountered this winter-only (2022.11-3) bottle. It was on the refrigerated shelf (not in the fridge 😅) and I wanted to try this classic 🤗.
I thought it was a rich, mellow, umami type with a strong sweet, bitter and acidic taste. It has a softly fruity aroma, a cotton candy-like aroma, an alu feel, and a bit of an old-fashioned sake feel to it. It is nice and chili when you include it. The bitterness was impressive.
Rice used: Hanabukiyuki
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 16%. つぶちゃんHello, Kotori 😁.
I heard that my husband has stopped by Kibei several times. He says he remembers Eikofuji being there and didn't expect to find Tasake 🤭 He says the building doesn't look like a izakaya and it's hard to enter. ことりHi Tsubu-chan 😊Yes, it's container style😅I'm worried about the room temperature being too high for a sake store, but there were one or two leftover bottles of Eikoufuji, Kouji, Kaygetsu, etc. with gold leaf that I think we stocked last winter 🤗. There were one or two bottles each of Eikoufuji, Kouji, Kaygetsu, etc. with gold leaf 🤗. ことりI was passing by a liquor store 🚗 and found this.
On the refrigerated shelves, almost one-of-a-kind items side by side...I've never seen a display like this 🙀...the atmosphere was such that I couldn't leave without buying something...and then...,
I was greeted with the discovery of an undrinkable prefecture.
The ginjo aroma reminded me of softly ripe yellow apples and melons. It has a smooth and smooth texture, a little thick, sweet, and umami. It also has a light tang. The bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste is also impressive. It seems to have an atmosphere similar to that of Munemasa-15 and Kido 40.
Rice:Yumesansui
Rice polishing ratio: 47
Alcohol content: 15%. ジェイ&ノビィHello Kotori 😃
Your map of Japan🗾 is going well🤗I knew Yamanashi would be filled with Nanaken!
Sometimes I go in there for the first time and have to buy something 😅.
But I'm glad you found a good one! ことりHi Jay & Nobby 😊I also found Hyakujuro and Koshi on the shelf at room temperature 😅I'm always bothered by the manufacturing date when welcoming them 😞I'm glad I was able to proceed with the map painting this time 🤗. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
