The aqua blue bottle is cool 🤗.
I was a bit nervous when I opened the bottle because I heard it was active, but it didn't overflow...the gas feeling was chili chili schwarz.
It has a whey feeling like the supernatant of yogurt, cooked rice, and a slight saltiness. It is a light oli, with a hint of sweetness and acidity... and a hint of bitterness.
I like it this season, not too sweet, low al and crispy 😉.
