At times, it is very slight, but syrup like shaved ice? It is a little bit like shaved ice or shaved ice syrup. It is slightly bitter and has a variety of umami. It was slightly bitter, with a mineral taste that seemed to be filled with various umami flavors, and I was impressed by the slight saltiness in the aftertaste. It was a silky orikara, sweet and delicious sake.
