I think I let it sit for a while.
It has a strong ginkoku aroma similar to melon and tropical fruits, thick and sweet, with a sharp bitterness in the latter half of the bottle. The alkaloa that I was sensing as I drank it sometimes turned into bitter cacao or syrup, although it was very subtle.
