Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute Kannon Shita
Sake of the Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute, which is often seen these days.
Matsuzaki started to carry it, so I was curious about it and decided to try it.
This is called "Kanagaso" 🤔.
I can't find much information about it on the label on the back: ......?
It will be bottled in 2023 and shipped in 2025...?
What a surprise, it's aged for 2 years before shipping 😳.
I have a feeling this is going to be a little peculiar.
The aroma is mellow, with a hint of ginjo, a little bit of rice, and a strange, slightly peculiar aroma 😳.
The first sip is gentle and the umami of the rice wraps around your tongue.
As the umami expands, the mellow and heavy rice flavor that escapes through the nose is irresistible. ☺️
It is said to be 20% alcohol, but you can drink it without feeling that much alcohol 😋.
I thought it would be great lukewarm and paired with oden and drank it down in no time at all ✨.
This is delicious!
It was a great sake with a direct and penetrating taste of rice 🍶-.
