Suddenly it's Jyushidai. It used to be the only sake with ale, but it's been a while since I had it, and before I knew it, it was Junmai.
It has a strong sweetness like Jyushidai, but it has the freshness of new sake, so it is not sticky at all. It is honestly a delicious sake.

The seventh sake for crying out loud tonight is a light sake that goes down easy even when drunk. It is a low-polishing Kame-no-o with a 90% rice polishing ratio. It is a little low in alcohol content, at 14 degrees in the original bottle. It is easy to drink with its so-called sweet and sour taste.

The fifth sake tonight is made from a sake rice called Sakonishiki from Shimane. This is the first time I have heard of this rice. There are many kinds of sake rice.
It is a very dry sake, but the umami of the rice can be felt well, which is quite good. This is a good sake for a meal, especially for sushi 🤔. としひこSushi Matsuura🍣 every other month.

The third sake tonight is a sake with a cute label. Unlike the image on the label, it is hard-core. It is dry. I think the dry sake goes better with the fatty chutoro (medium fatty tuna).

Sixth, another sake I didn't know about. Toichi from Saga. I thought it was Margaux but it was Gomaru.

The fifth is a sake I've never heard of before. It won the Governor's Prize at the Miyagi Sake Competition. This one is also quite tasty. I'll try to remember this brand 🎵. としひこSushi Matsuura🍣 every other month.

The third is a sake from Tochigi following Houou Mita. Modern Sengoku Kame-no-o. This is another sake that is typical of Sentori. I like its sweet and sour taste. ma-ki-Good evening, Toshihiko.

We started with Banshu Issen's Aizan. Full of flavor. Heavy for a starter ❓ But a delicious sake 🎵. としひこA cup of tears at Sushi Matsuura. The lightest one at the end. My master was concerned that I was drinking too much? LOL!
No muddy taste at all despite the low milling rate (90%). It has a strong acidity and a little sweetness. I think it was just right for the end of the meal. としひこIt is a refreshing summer sake with a moderate sweetness for Haneya. Haneya is one of my favorite brands. としひこNew release of Misuro Sugi. Sake Mirai, a sake rice produced by Takagi Brewery of Jyushiyo, is also released by Mimuro Sugi! Sake Mirai is good after all (^^) としひこChiba sake. I didn't know this brand, but this is delicious✨.
Sweet and sour with a touch of gas. It looks classic, but it's more modern. としひこLight and dry like a summer sake
