Dinner at Sushi Matsuura in Shirokane-Takanawa 🌃🍴. The second was a sake from Fukui, a brand I didn't know existed. It was easy to drink without feeling the 17% alcohol content. It is a good sake for a meal. Nigiri of leatherfish. Today's nigiri was exceptional. The liver is sweet. Fatty liver of leatherfish❓🤣 The swordfish does a great job with the condiments between the meat and rice. It is really tasty when mixed well😍.

Dinner at Sushi Matsuura in Shirokane-Takanawa 🌃🍴. The first is Banshu Issen Spring Sake🌸 Sweet and sour with a low 14% alcohol content. Perfect sake for the opening 🎵. Yaitohata sashimi: The fish has been aged for a week, so it is a little netty, but the core is still firm and chewy. The more you chew, the more flavorful and delicious the white meat was. The scales were crispy and the meat was flaky. I love sea bream.

Sixth 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura on Christmas Eve 🎄. The last one is Jikin. Starting with Jyushidai and ending with Jikin 🎶 Meeha route ⁉️🤣 It's not my choice, but it's the restaurant's choice. However, what tastes good is good. No doubt it's a royal road 😆.

5th 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura on Christmas Eve 🎄. This one is a little bit different from the dry one. It's an excellent food sake that doesn't interfere with any of the other dishes 🎵. The sushi on the back of the label is early winter edo-mae-zushi. This is exactly what we received: ‼️

Fourth 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura on Christmas Eve 🎄. Sansho Ni Nozomi brewed right after release. The gasiness is unbelievable. I can no longer say it's sparkling. ⁉️ No matter how many times I drink it, San-do is still good. I'm not sure I can buy it anymore... 😢.

Third 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura on Christmas Eve 🎄. It's been a super long time since I've had Meikyoshimizu. I had an image of it being classical, but it wasn't! It's quite tasty. I'd like to try the other ones if I see them.

The first one 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura on Christmas Eve 🎄. Suddenly it's Jyushidai. It used to be the only sake with ale, but it's been a while since I had it, and before I knew it, it was Junmai. It has a strong sweetness like Jyushidai, but it has the freshness of new sake, so it is not sticky at all. It is honestly a delicious sake. The fishing season for the Seshiko crabs ends at the end of this month. Underneath the crunchy outer shells are the inner shells and meat. Enjoy the last Kabako crab of the season✨

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month The seventh sake for crying out loud tonight is a light sake that goes down easy even when drunk. It is a low-polishing Kame-no-o with a 90% rice polishing ratio. It is a little low in alcohol content, at 14 degrees in the original bottle. It is easy to drink with its so-called sweet and sour taste. It was served at Matsuura's before as the last sake. I think I drank a little too much today ❓😆.

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month The sixth one tonight is a brand I've never heard of before. And it is quite delicious. I guess I'm still lacking in training if I don't know this kind of sake. It is very well balanced and perfect as a food sake.

Every other month Sushi Matsuura🍣. The fifth sake tonight is made from a sake rice called Sakonishiki from Shimane. This is the first time I have heard of this rice. There are many kinds of sake rice. It is a very dry sake, but the umami of the rice can be felt well, which is quite good. This is a good sake for a meal, especially for sushi 🤔.

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month The third sake tonight is a sake with a cute label. Unlike the image on the label, it is hard-core. It is dry. I think the dry sake goes better with the fatty chutoro (medium fatty tuna). The medium fatty tuna in the picture is from Oma 😍.

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month. The second sake of the evening is Raifuku. It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan. It is not heavy at all, but has just the right amount of salt.

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month. The fifth is a sake I've never heard of before. It won the Governor's Prize at the Miyagi Sake Competition. This one is also quite tasty. I'll try to remember this brand 🎵.

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month. The fourth is Kuribayashi from Akita. Misato Nishiki brewed with brewer's yeast. It's getting to be a good pace! LOL Sake is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good today✨!

Sushi Matsuura🍣 every other month. The third is a sake from Tochigi following Houou Mita. Modern Sengoku Kame-no-o. This is another sake that is typical of Sentori. I like its sweet and sour taste.
