Natsukoshi room temperature aged unfiltered unpasteurized sake! All topped off with a slight aged color. The alcohol level is 20-21%, so it will give you a big kick. It goes well with darker flavors such as grilled shrimp with salt. Personally, I liked it just fine on the rocks, slightly diluted.
