Summer vacation. The first weekend was Toyobai, a somewhat different taste in a stylishly designed bottle. The owner said that the yeast 6 was similar to Shinmasa. Gorgeous and robust, it goes well with sashimi!
Aomori's famous sake. The cherry blossom label is a nice spring-like limited edition sake. Very rich and tasty. Endless sake with simmered kinme and horse sashimi. I was strangely impressed that the lid is made of plastic. In no time at all, the bottle was gone.
When you open it, you can feel the gas. This is a limited edition for the sake brewing season, drawn directly from the funaguchi. The rice is Mizukagami from Omi, which I've never seen before. It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweet taste that I like. I was satisfied with the bonito.
